ABchimie 526UV LED DS55 varnish is a transparent, one-component varnish designed to protect printed circuit boards exposed to harsh environments. It features dual-cure technology (UV-LED/humidity) that allows for curing in shaded areas.
It was developed for all applications where a fast process is required.
ABchimie526UV LED DS55 varnish can be applied by dipping, brush, pad printing,
Vaporization and, of course, selective deposition machines, which are the ideal deposition method. The low viscosity of our system allows us to limit the thickness on the board to approximately 80
microns.
ABchimie526UV LED DS55 varnish complies with REACH and RoHS regulations.
