HumiSeal 1R32A-2D is a fast-drying, one-part acrylic conformal coating for use on printed circuit board assemblies. HumiSeal 1R32A-2D has excellent flexibility and electrical properties, fluoresces under UV light for easy inspection, and is easily repairable. HumiSeal 1R32A-2D has been formulated to improve application properties, with reduced bubbles, when applied with the film machine's selective coating equipment. HumiSeal 1R32A-2D is formulated with the same base acrylic resin as HumiSeal 1R32A-2 and maintains the same performance benefits. After full cure, the properties of HumiSeal 1R32A-2 and 1R32A-2D are comparable. HumiSeal 1R32A-2D coating complies with IPC-CC-830 and RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and is recognized under UL file number E105698.
