The HumiSeal Stripper 1063 is fully compliant with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.

The HumiSeal Stripper 1063 is:

• used for stripping urethane families 1A27 and 1A33.

• safe for printed circuit board assemblies.

The Stripper 1063 has:

Instructions for use

1. immerse the assembly in the HumiSeal Stripper 1063
2. soak for 30 to 60 minutes
3. brush loose materials from the assembly
4. clean the assembly with IPA, distilled water, or other qualified cleaning solution
5. inspect the assembly to ensure that the coating has been completely removed
6. repeat the above steps if the coating is still on the assembly
7. cook for at least 30 minutes at 60°C after final cleaning

Using the HumiSeal Stripper 1063 does not require the use of heat. A fully cured urethane coating of nominal thickness dissolves easily in 30 to 60 minutes upon contact with the HumiSeal Stripper 1063. It is important to thoroughly clean the assembly after the conformal coating removal process. After cleaning, the assembly should be baked to remove residual moisture for at least 30 minutes at 60 Äì 65¬∞C.
