LOCTITE 3616 300 ML

LOCTITE® 3616 is a red, high-viscosity, one-component epoxy adhesive for bonding surface-mount components (SMDs) to printed circuit boards prior to wave soldering. It is designed for applications requiring high printing speeds and high moisture resistance. It is particularly useful for printing a range of dot heights from a single stencil layer, but is also suitable for general bonding of small parts. It cures when exposed to heat above 100°C (212°F), typically in 90 to 120 seconds at 150°C (302°F).
