MULTICORE NC-OO WICK 0.89MM x 30M (MOQ 10)

The NC-OO 0.89mm x 30m desoldering braid is designed for desoldering and repairing printed circuit boards without cleaning, under antistatic conditions. This multi-strand braid uses a special, halide-free, vacuum-coated copper braid for improved capillary action. Its effectiveness remains optimal even after prolonged storage in humid environments. The braid remains flexible and does not fray. Printed circuit boards meet the cleanliness requirements of MIL-P-28809A without cleaning. Place the multi-strand braid over the solder to be desoldered, then position the soldering iron tip on the copper braid. The braid and the underlying solder will gradually heat up until the solder melts and is absorbed by capillary action. Remove the braid, cut away the solder-impregnated portion, and dispose of the lead-contaminated copper in accordance with applicable regulations.
